- Visits to government agencies, including MINFOPRA (Ministry of Public Service and Administrative), MINPOSTEL (Ministry of Post and Telecommunications), ENAM, ISMP, SUP’PTIC, as well as interviews or FGI (Focus Group Interviews) with professors, students, prospective instructors, and general public officials, to assess and analyze additional status updates on tasks by department
